The TENCAN semi-circular vertical planetary ball mill is designed for fine grinding, powder mixing, nano powder preparation, material research, and small-batch sample processing. With a compact vertical structure and four working stations, it helps laboratories process multiple samples simultaneously while maintaining stable operation, low noise, and reliable grinding repeatability.
This series is suitable for dry grinding, wet grinding, and vacuum or inert-atmosphere grinding when matched with the corresponding vacuum mill jars. Different jar materials can be selected according to sample purity, hardness, corrosion resistance, and contamination-control requirements.
The semi-circular vertical planetary ball mill is a practical laboratory grinding solution for universities, R&D centers, quality control laboratories, and material development teams. It combines a space-saving body design, four-jar synchronous grinding, and adjustable speed control to support efficient preparation of fine powder samples.

The mill has four working positions on one turntable. Two or four mill jars can be installed according to experiment requirements. When the turntable rotates, each jar also rotates around its own axis, creating a combined planetary motion. The grinding balls and materials inside the jars are continuously impacted, sheared, and mixed at high speed until the target fineness is reached.
This high-energy motion improves collision frequency and material dispersion, helping to produce finer and more uniform powder. The minimum output granularity can reach 0.1μm under suitable materials, jar configuration, grinding media, and process conditions.
The machine is controlled by frequency conversion and supports timing, forward rotation, reverse rotation, and alternating forward-reverse operation. Users can set the grinding time and speed according to the material type and expected particle size.
